Course Description

Today more than ever, dispatchers work under increasing pressure, juggling competing demands in a recovery market. New dispatchers often learn unevenly while under fire. Seasoned veterans can find it difficult to step back and find ways to improve.

With a small class-size and lots of personal attention from expert instructors, this class arms dispatchers, schedulers, shippers and managers with the ready-mixed concrete-specific technical, practical and customer-service skills needed to succeed.

Attendees return to work ready to perform even more efficiently in core skill areas:

Putting Orders in Order: Mastering technical, practical and customer-service issues

Parking Information: Self-parking is available (currently $30/night plus tax). Valet parking is available (currently $50 for overnight valet plus tax). Rates include in/out privileges only to in-house guests.

Nearest Airport: The closest airport is the Dallas Love Field located 9.6 miles from the course location. The second closest airport is the Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport located 17.8 miles from the course location.

Transportation Options
