NRMCA’s Strategic Planning Process
Over the better part of a year, the NRMCA Member and Staff Leadership have been working to gather the insights and input of our members, industry experts and other key stakeholders as we together develop a Strategic Plan that will guide the Association towards the future. The NRMCA Strategic Plan Development Team, comprised of member stakeholders from across the Association, analyzed all the information and data collected and developed a draft set of key Goals and Objectives designed to further the success of our people, our industry, and our members; The NRMCA Strategic Plan, 2026 – 2029.
The Plan will be reviewed and acted upon by the NRMCA Board when it convenes at NRMCA’s ConcreteWorks 2025 this Fall. Before we get there, we want to make certain the Plan meets the needs of the membership, you. If you did not have time to join one of our real-time online Strategic Plan Feedback Sessions, it is not too late! The presentation shared at these sessions is available to you here and below.
