Course Description

Having a good manager can change your life. According to a 2023 study of more than 34,000 people in 10 countries, sixty-nine percent of people claim that their manager has as much impact on their mental health as their spouse or significant other. Fifty-one percent say that a manager has more impact on their health than their doctor. This course, redesigned in 2024, explores three key dimensions of supervision: supervising yourself, supervising your time, and supervising others.

Build skill in leading others through compassionate leadership and DiSC communication style. Develop skill with identifying and managing conflict at work.
