Cancellation Policy
Full registration cancellations received in writing by Tuesday, November 10, 2026, are eligible for a refund minus a $125 administrative fee. After this date, no refunds will be issued. Please note that fees cannot be transferred to a future class.
Substitutions are welcome at any time and may be made at no additional cost. To request a cancellation or substitution, please email [email protected].
Course Confirmation
NRMCA reserves the right to cancel this event. A course confirmation email, verifying that the class will proceed as scheduled, will be sent no later than close of business on Tuesday, November 10, 2026.
We strongly recommend not booking non-refundable airfare or travel until you receive this confirmation. In the unlikely event NRMCA must cancel the course, your full registration fee will be refunded. However, NRMCA is not responsible for airline ticket charges, hotel reservations, or other travel-related expenses.
All attendees are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel and lodging.
