Step 01Confirm your member status and pricing
Pricing depends on whether your company is an NRMCA member:

Before checkout, verify the fee you're being charged matches your member status.
To get member pricing, you will need to log in to the system using your organization's credentials. If you are unsure of your company's member status, check with your organization or contact NRMCA Membership at [email protected].
Step 02Choose how you're enrolling
Supervisor or Manager
If you are a supervisor or manager, you can enroll one or more drivers. The system supports paying for multiple drivers at once by choosing the Supervisors/Managers Enrollment option.
Driver
If you're a driver needing to enroll, choose the Driver Enrollment option.
Step 03Know what happens after you buy
- Within about 15 minutes, you'll receive two emails: an order confirmation and a second email titled "NRMCA CDP Online – Course Registration."
- The second email contains a link, username, and password. Use it to enter information for yourself or each driver you purchased the course for.
- Once you submit that information, each driver receives their own email with access to the NRMCA Online Academy at online.nrmcatraining.org.
- A note on driver email addresses: Drivers don't need a personal email. You can use a single company or plant email address for multiple drivers — separate registration emails are sent for each driver, and each gets a unique login. Drivers must use their own unique login to access training.
Step 04Complete the course and pass the exam
- Drivers have 45 days from registration to finish. Access ends after the 45-day window closes.
- A reminder notification is sent 7 days before enrollment expires.
- Training is self-paced and self-directed; no supervisor or trainer is required, with a start/stop feature that fits around a typical driving schedule.
- Each module is a narrated slideshow that drivers can replay as often as they like, followed by review questions to check understanding and prepare for the exam.
- To earn the certificate, drivers must pass the final exam with a score of 70% or higher.
- After passing, drivers can download or print a PDF of their certificate using the link under "Final Exam – Course Certificate." A copy is also emailed from [email protected].

Driver Enrollment
Self-enrollment by an individual driver. Choose this option if you are enrolling as an individual driver.
Manager-Assigned Enrollment
Supervisor/manager enrollment of one or more drivers. Choose this option if you are a manager or supervisor enrolling one or more drivers.
Exam Retake
Self-enrollment for a single driver. Choose this option if you are a driver who needs to enroll in a retake exam.
Exam Retake — Manager-Assigned
This option is for supervisors or managers needing to enroll one or more drivers to retake the exam.
