The NRMCA "Strategy
Mapping" Sales Management Development Program is a
continuous learning
educational program fully certified by the
Professional Society of Sales & Marketing Training.
It combines classroom
training, e-learning lessons and interactive conferencing delivered
over a 4 - 6 month period to give RMC sales managers the advanced tools
they need to succeed.
Classroom Instruction:
A two-day classroom training event in which
attendees participate in a
Ready-Mix Industry Case Study
project
focusing on building the sales manager's ability to evaluate the
performance of a sales territory and sales representative, assist/direct
effective sales planning, understanding and using territory management
concepts, and sales coaching strategies and techniques. Each attendee
must successfully evaluate the case study, complete an assessment
checklist detailing findings and suggested improvement strategies, and
present to an in-class evaluation team.
E-learning Instruction:
Attendees take five
online e-learning courses each on a monthly basis on key management
topics, one prior to classroom training. They complete an "action
implementation" assignment for each program detailing their plan to
effectively put to use what they have learned in the module with their
sales teams. The five modules are

Conferencing:

students may test for NRMCA sales management certification. Students
must have already earned NRMCA's CCSP designation.
