NRMCA Promotes Jill Roth to Vice President, Learning and Development

Alexandria, VA – July 13, 2026

The National Ready Mixed Concrete Association has promoted Jill Roth to vice president, learning and development. In this role, Roth will provide leadership for NRMCA’s member learning and professional development portfolio, with responsibility for strategy, program quality, learning technology, curriculum governance, credentialing support and workforce development initiatives.

Roth joined NRMCA in 2025 and immediately strengthened the Association’s education and credentialing programs. Her work has included modernizing legacy learning programs, improving instructional design and evaluation practices, streamlining certification workflows and helping align learning programs with the workforce needs of the ready mixed concrete industry.

“Learning and development is a key member value that NRMCA delivers to help them grow their businesses while upholding the highest standards of safety for their employees,” stated NRMCA President and CEO Jim Riley. “I am pleased to be able to promote Jill Roth to fulfill this vital industry role.”

“Jill has brought a strong combination of learning strategy, operational discipline, creativity and technology-enabled thinking to NRMCA,” said Brian Killingsworth, executive vice president, strategic operations. “Her promotion recognizes the leadership she has already demonstrated, and the important role learning and workforce development will play in helping NRMCA deliver value to our members and support the future of the ready mixed concrete industry.”

As Vice President, Learning and Development, Roth will work with NRMCA staff, subject matter experts, member committees, instructors, state affiliates, field training centers and external partners to deliver a coordinated portfolio of in-person, virtual, on-demand and blended learning programs. She will also serve as staff liaison to the NRMCA Workforce Development Committee and support the continued deployment of the Developing Industry Leaders program.

Roth brings more than 15 years of learning and development experience across trade association, hospitality and technology environments. Before joining NRMCA, she held learning and development roles with Marriott International, Snowflake and Unisys. At Marriott, she led the design, development and implementation of global learning programs serving more than 150,000 associates across 100 countries and more than 30 brands.

Roth holds a Master’s Degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s Degree in interdisciplinary studies from Arizona State University.
