Concrete Careers normally provides retained search services at a fee of 28% of total cash compensation, but will provide a four percentage point discount to NRMCA members – offering participating companies a 24% fee instead.
Program Limitations or Exceptions:
If clients have a need for multiple positions simultaneously, which would warrant bulk pricing, the fees will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis for bulk pricing, although the individual fee for any one position within the bulk price would not exceed the 24% referenced above.
