Cancellation Policy
Full cancellation refunds, less a $125.00 administrative fee, will be extended until Monday, March 23, 2026. All cancellations after Monday, March 23, will not be refunded. Fee cancellations cannot be transferred to a future class. Substitutions can be made at any time with no penalty. Registration cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to: [email protected].
Course Confirmation
NRMCA reserves the right to cancel this event. A course confirmation email, verifying that the class will proceed as scheduled, will be sent no later than close of business on Monday, March 23, 2026.
We strongly recommend not booking non-refundable airfare or travel until you receive this confirmation. In the unlikely event NRMCA must cancel the course, your full registration fee will be refunded. However, NRMCA is not responsible for airline ticket charges, hotel reservations, or other travel-related expenses.
All attendees are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel and lodging.
