Nominations are open July 20 – August 9, 2026, or until the program fills. Colleagues from diverse backgrounds and roles within ready-mix operations are equally eligible, regardless of their educational pathway into the industry.
Candidates come from a wide range of positions across the ready-mix industry. Ideally, a candidate will have 3 years of experience in the ready-mix industry.
There is no formal education requirement. Because research, writing, and presentations are core components of the program, participants should be comfortable with personal computers, desktop technology, and the MS Office suite.
The program asks for commitment and resilience. Ideal nominees are cooperative in nature, collaborative in work style, and courageous in a crowd — ready to fully engage across all program components.
Nominate individuals who demonstrate commitment to, passion for, and staying power in, their companies — for the betterment of the entire ready-mix industry.
