NRMCA Restructures Membership Department
Action Part of Expansion of Value-Added Benefits to All Members

Alexandria, VA – September 9, 2020 – The National Ready Mixed Concrete Association has announced staff changes within its Membership Department as part of a broader, increased focus of delivering more value-added services, education, research and certification offerings as well as programs to encourage greater member engagement, all while continuing to meet the needs of the ready mixed concrete industry at large.

To achieve these goals, NRMCA welcomes Amanda Muller and Alex Land to its staff; each will hold the title of director of membership engagement. Ms. Muller comes to the Association from California where she was an associate development director at California State University – Chico. She has experience in recruiting and retention strategies for the Concrete Industry Management (CIM) program and provided significant value to the faculty, students and patrons group through her involvement in strategic planning and managing high-priority events. Ms. Muller earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and an MBA at California State University – Chico.

Mr. Land arrives at NRMCA from the American Staffing Association (ASA) where he focused on creating revenue opportunities and driving growth through prospecting and delivering new members to the association. Prior to his tenure at ASA, he worked for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority where he focused on client engagement and program management. Mr. Land earned a Bachelor of Science degree in hospitality management at the University of Central Florida.

“We are excited to have Amanda and Alex join the NRMCA team,” said Chief Operating Officer Nicole Maher. “Each will bring unique talents to their positions and be part of our overall effort to strengthen existing member-service programs while also helping to introduce new offerings.”
