Join us for a roundtable and site tour event where we°«ll explore the latest innovation in concrete construction: Insulating Concrete Forms (ICFs). You°«ll learn how ICFs are helping apartment developers
and other building owners provide high-performance concrete
buildings at a competitive first cost and low operating cost.
October 17: We°«ll start the evening with a reception and dinner at
the Intercontinental Hotel, Milwaukee.
October 18: We°«ll meet at Walker°«s Landing, an ICF apartment
building, where you°«ll learn from the developer, architect and
contractor about their experiences designing and building with
ICFs. They will tell you about energy efficiency, fire safety and
noise reduction provided by concrete construction. You will have
a chance to ask questions during the roundtable discussion
before taking a tour of Walker°«s Landing.
