Kenworth Truck Company

Kenworth and the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) have teamed up to provide a rebate to NRMCA members. Members who purchase a new Kenworth (new order or dealer stock unit) will receive a rebate for $2,000 (USD) from Kenworth. Eligible models include Kenworth T880, W900 and T440/T470. A customer will negotiate their best deal at the dealership of their choice and send copies of the paperwork to NRMCA’s membership department (follow link below). Upon confirmation of the active membership from NRMCA, Kenworth Truck Company will send the $2,000 rebate directly to the customer.

Terms and Conditions:

1. $2,000 Rebate on qualifying units.
2. Orders must retail between 1/1/2018 and 12/31/2018.
3. Limit for single customer will be 5 trucks per year.
4. This rebate cannot be combined with any other Kenworth rebate or incentive offer.
5. The customer must identify affiliation to the Kenworth dealer at the time of truck purchase.
6. Trucks must be a T880, W900 or T440/T470.
7. Rebates will be mailed directly to the name on the Warranty Registration.
8. NRMCA must confirm membership.
9. The registered owner of the truck must have become an NRMCA member prior to the vehicle retail date.
10. Paperwork must be submitted to NRMCA within 30 days of retail delivery. All requests must be submitted by January 4, 2019.
11. Rebates will be processed 4-6 weeks after membership confirmation.

Mack Trucks, Inc.

The Let’s Build! Mack Trucks Parts and Service Loyalty Reward Program offers NRMCA members with a $1,000 parts and service reward for Mack Granite models purchased between Jan. 1, 2018 through June 30, 2018. Customers are eligible to receive the reward for up to 10 Granite models at participating Mack dealers.

Eligible Vehicles

  • 2019 MY, sold and unsold trucks on-order - Mack Granite® GR series (DOES NOT include Legacy product built week 1-3, 2018). Does not include MHD.

Program Period

  • Eligible vehicles must be retailed and warranty registered by June 30, 2018.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Used vehicles or vehicles purchased from Mack Trucks corporate inventory are not eligible for this program.

  • Vehicles purchased or leased from Mack Trucks Leasing are not eligible for this program.

  • The identification of the customer purchasing the vehicle must match the customer’s name on the bill of sale, purchase order, customer invoice, and warranty registration.

  • You and the participating dealer from whom the eligible MACK Granite model is purchased must apply to participate in the program by completing and submitting the application form.

  • The application form must be submitted by the participating dealer or its authorized representative within 30 days of warranty registration.

  • Upon satisfaction of all requirements set forth above, you will be issued a Mack Trucks Parts and Service Loyalty Reward Card (“Card”) within 6-8 weeks.

  • The Card is exclusively for loyalty or promotional purposes. The Card shall be used solely for commercial purchases, and not for personal, family or household use, to purchase parts and service for the award recipient’s MACK trucks from MACK dealers that participate in the program.

  • The Card must be presented to a participating dealer at time of purchase of parts or service and has no cash value. The Card is non-negotiable and is not intended to function as money or a monetary equivalent. Should the physical card be lost, amounts remaining on your program account following notification of such loss to the service provider at the phone number or address below may continue to be redeemed in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  • This program does not provide a discount on the listed price of any goods or services, but instead provides the qualifying purchaser with the amount set forth on the Card for use toward purchases at participating dealers. Prices for parts and services are set by the independent participating dealer.

  • Dealer may not rebate cash to you from the Card.

  • Any credits or return reimbursements for parts or services purchased with the Card must be credited back to the Card rather than refunded as cash.

  • The Card is not a rebate and no portion of the loyalty reward may be applied to the purchase price of the initial MACK Granite model listed as eligible by Mack Trucks, Inc.

  • NRMCA must confirm membership.

  • The registered owner of the truck must have become an NRMCA member prior to the vehicle retail date.

NRMCA Member Rates

The follow rates will be applied to new placements for all NRMCA Members.

  • Any placement that is under $100K, is less than 1-year-old will be handled at a rate of 18%

  • Any placement that is over $100K, is less than 1-year-old will be handled at a rate of 15%

  • Any placement that is over 1-year-old, and has not been previously worked and does not include a judgment will be handled at a rate of 25%

  • Any placement that includes a judgment or has been previously worked by an agency or attorney will be handled at a rate of 33.33%

  • Any placements that need to be send to our attorney for collections we be handled at 40% rate

*Placements that are less than 1-year-old and include a signed credit application, the debtor will be charged a 25% fee, if the balance in full plus our fees are collected from the debtor the client will be remitted 100% of the balance placed.

*Placements that are over 1-year-old and include a signed credit application, the debtor will be charged a 33.33% fee, if the balance in full plus our fees are collected from the debtor the client will be remitted 100% of the balance placed.

Peterbilt Motor Co.

Up to a $2,000 CASH rebate is currently being offered to National Ready Mixed Concrete Association members!

Program Details:

Peterbilt offers the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) an opportunity to bring Peterbilt quality and performance to its members. Members are invited to come into any Peterbilt dealership and make their best deal on a new Model 567 or Model 520 from an authorized Peterbilt dealer to take advantage of these great incentives:

  • Members receive a $2,000 CASH rebate on Model 567 or Model 520.

  • Limited to three (3) rebates per member-company for calendar year 2018.

  • NRMCA members must be in good standing for at least 60 days prior to taking retail delivery.

  • NRMCA members must take retail delivery between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2018. Retail delivery is defined as the time the ownership of the truck is transferred from the Peterbilt dealer to the customer.

Other Requirements:

  • Request for customer rebate incentives must be received by NRMCA within 90 days of taking retail delivery.

  • Allow 6 to 8 weeks for check to process.

  • This program may not be combined with any other rebate offers from Peterbilt.
