CONCRETEPAC is the ready mixed concrete industry's primary tool for political engagement at the national level. The sole purpose of CONCRETEPAC is to elect candidates who are pro-business and pro-ready mixed concrete to the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate.

CONCRETEPAC was able to disburse a record-breaking $423,500 to 122 pro-ready mixed concrete candidates in 42 states for federal election this cycle.

CONCRETEPAC is overseen by a Board of Trustees, made up of eight NRMCA members and is regulated by the Federal Election Commission (FEC). CONCRETEPAC is currently the fifth largest PAC in the Building Materials & Equipment space. It supports candidates on a bipartisan basis and may give up to $5,000 to a federal candidate per election, and up to $10,000 per candidate for their federal election cycle.

The FEC requires CONCRETEPAC to request the written prior approval of NRMCA members before soliciting contributions. Corporations may not approve solicitations by more than one trade association for the same calendar year. Please consider completing this prior approval form today.
