Discounted Room Rate:
For your convenience, NRMCA has contracted a block of rooms at the discounted rate of $299/night plus applicable taxes for a resort guest suite. The cost for a double bedded guest suite is $329.
There is an optional resort fee of $29/day plus applicable taxes. Should you choose to opt-out of the resort fee, it will be the individual’s responsibility to purchase guest room internet at $15.99 per day along with fitness center access at $15 per day.
A charge of $50 per night will be added for each guest over double occupancy.
The cut-off date for hotel reservations is Thursday, February 9, 2017 or until the block sells out, whichever occurs first.
NRMCA’s room block is always in high-demand, especially during a CONEXPO-CON/AGG Show year. We suggest that you make your hotel reservations as soon as possible.
Room Deposit and Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy:
It is the attendee’s responsibility to submit a credit card number or a deposit equal to one (1) night’s room/suite rate plus tax as a guarantee at the time the reservation is made. If a deposit is made with anything other than a credit card, the deposit must be received no later than fourteen (14) days after the reservation is made. All credit cards utilized for deposit purposes will be charged when the deposit is made. Refunds will be issued on individual attendee’s reservations cancelled up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the schedule arrival date.
Check-in is 3 p.m. and check-out is 12 p.m. Guests arriving prior to the hotel check-in time will be accommodated as guest rooms become available. The hotel shall arrange to check baggage on a complimentary basis for guests arriving before check-in for whom rooms are not available, and for guests attending functions on their day of departure.
The Encore at Wynn Las Vegas parking and valet are complimentary to overnight hotel guests.

McCarran International Airport (LAS) is the central airport serving the Las Vegas area. The Encore and Wynn Las Vegas are just a quick 15-minute cab ride from the airport.
Ground Transportation Information:
The Encore at Wynn Las Vegas does NOT offer an airport shuttle. A taxi from the airport to the Encore will cost approximately $20/each way. Some taxis will not accept credit card payments. Be sure to notify the attendant if you plan to use a credit card for payment. There is as $2 charge on all fares originating at the airport. From Terminal 1, taxis are available on the east side of baggage claim, outside door exits 1 – 4. From Terminal 3, taxis are conveniently located outside on Level Zero.
