Discounted Room Rate:
For your convenience, NRMCA has contracted a block of rooms at the discounted rate of $299/night plus applicable taxes for a resort guest suite. The cost for a double bedded guest suite is $329.
There is an optional resort fee of $29/day plus applicable taxes. Should you choose to opt-out of the resort fee, it will be the individual’s responsibility to purchase guest room internet at $15.99 per day along with fitness center access at $15 per day.
A charge of $50 per night will be added for each guest over double occupancy.

Cut-Off Date:
The cut-off date for hotel reservations is Thursday, February 9, 2017 or until the block sells out, whichever occurs first.
NRMCA’s room block is always in high-demand, especially during a CONEXPO-CON/AGG Show year. We suggest that you make your hotel reservations as soon as possible.
Room Deposit and Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy:
It is the attendee’s responsibility to submit a credit card number or a deposit equal to one (1) night’s room/suite rate plus tax as a guarantee at the time the reservation is made. If a deposit is made with anything other than a credit card, the deposit must be received no later than fourteen (14) days after the reservation is made. All credit cards utilized for deposit purposes will be charged when the deposit is made. Refunds will be issued on individual attendee’s reservations cancelled up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the schedule arrival date.

Check-in is 3 p.m. and check-out is 12 p.m. Guests arriving prior to the hotel check-in time will be accommodated as guest rooms become available. The hotel shall arrange to check baggage on a complimentary basis for guests arriving before check-in for whom rooms are not available, and for guests attending functions on their day of departure.

The Encore at Wynn Las Vegas parking and valet are complimentary to overnight hotel guests.

Airport Information:
McCarran International Airport (LAS) is the central airport serving the Las Vegas area. The Encore and Wynn Las Vegas are just a quick 15-minute cab ride from the airport.
Ground Transportation Information:
The Encore at Wynn Las Vegas does NOT offer an airport shuttle. A taxi from the airport to the Encore will cost approximately $20/each way. Some taxis will not accept credit card payments. Be sure to notify the attendant if you plan to use a credit card for payment. There is as $2 charge on all fares originating at the airport. From Terminal 1, taxis are available on the east side of baggage claim, outside door exits 1 – 4. From Terminal 3, taxis are conveniently located outside on Level Zero.

Fine Dining


Just steps away from the private Wynn Tower Suites elevators, you'll find the bright and elegant American-style restaurant Tableau. If you are a guest in our Wynn Tower Suites, this is where you will enjoy daily complimentary breakfast. Chef David Middleton's menu builds on seasonally-sourced ingredients to present market-fresh breakfast, lunch and brunch selections like strawberry blintz buttermilk pancakes, heirloom tomato salad and Mediterranean branzino. Choose to sit in the conservatory to enjoy the gorgeous garden and pool views or dine outdoors, poolside on the patio.

Open for breakfast Monday through Friday from 7 to 11:30 a.m. and lunch until 2:30 p.m. Brunch is served Saturdays and Sundays from 7 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.

Tableau is also available each evening for private events.


Andrea's at Encore is a Forbes Travel Guide Four Star award-winning restaurant that combines Chef Joseph Elevado's menu of Asian-inspired cuisine with a sexy and social atmosphere. Discover for yourself why Andrea's was voted one of the country’s hottest dining spots in the OpenTable Diners’ Choice Awards. Chef Devin Hashimoto, named "Best Chef on The Strip" by Vegas Seven, uses his fresh approach to Japanese cuisine by presenting a choice of dining experiences at Mizumi: a robatayaki bar, a teppanyaki room, ocean-fresh sushi and sashimi, and items from his kitchen. Located at Wynn, the entire Forbes Travel Guide Four Star award-winning restaurant looks out over private Japanese gardens surrounding an idyllic koi pond with a shimmering 90-foot waterfall. Experience the picturesque view and stylish, fine-dining approach to the delicious theatrics of teppanyaki presented in the teppan room. Mizumi is also one of only three restaurants in the United States, two of which are at Wynn Las Vegas, that offer certified authentic Kobe beef.

Wing Lei features a view of a private garden that harbors century-old pomegranate trees and a gleaming golden dragon. Costa di Mare at Wynn showcases the acclaimed seafood prepared by chef Mark LoRusso, voted "Best Chef" in Las Vegas by the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association. His menu, created nightly, features fresh Mediterranean seafood and Italian cuisine with house-made pastas and over forty varieties of fresh fish and shellfish flown in daily from Italy’s coastal waters. Nightly from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the lounge, Lakeside is offering a new Hawaiian-inspired menu of small plates along with chilled East and West Coast oysters.

The Country Club—A New American Steakhouse presents innovative fare by Chef Rene Lenger overlooking the 18th hole on the Wynn Golf Course. If you find you are in need of some good luck, or you have found good fortune and wish to celebrate it, look no further than the enticing Asian flavors of Red 8 at Wynn. The diverse menu offers familiar favorites—and exotic cuisine that perhaps you have yet to try—from China, Thailand, Vietnam and Korea. Some of Red 8's specialties include Cantonese noodle dishes, dim sum, perfectly prepared vegetable dishes, and Hong Kong-style barbecue. The dining room is saturated with rich reds and interesting textures, and be sure to look to the ceiling as you walk through the entry way to catch a glimpse of a well-hidden design element that adds a touch of artistic inventiveness.

Inventive fare in a wondrously unanticipated environment is what you'll find in Wazuzu at Encore. Chef Chen Wei Chan's exceptional Pan-Asian menu features flavors inspired by Chinese, Japanese, and Thai cuisine. Chef Chan’s training as a painter in Taiwan shows in the artful plating of his dishes, which succeed in being as beautiful as the glittering 27-foot dragon made of ninety thousand individual crystals that is the focal point of Wazuzu’s bold décor. Jardin, Encore’s newest relaxed-dining restaurant, offers panoramic views of the Encore pool and is the setting for Chef Joseph Zanelli’s garden of delights for breakfast, lunch and dinner. From the Reuben sandwiches to the Manhattan clam chowder, the amusingly-named Zoozacrackers Deli at Wynn is as close as you can come to authentic New York-style deli fare in Las Vegas.
