Fleet Graphics Award

The Fleet Graphics Award Program is conducted once every three years in conjunction with the CONEEXPO/CONAGG Show. The award program is intended to honor the best ready mixed concrete truck paint and decal schemes, and recognizes individual company’s methods of promoting professionalism and positive public image for the industry.  Participants include U.S. and Canadian ready mixed producers. There are three categories of winners based on fleet size. Additionally, the best antique mixer and best specialty mixers are honored. The awards are presented at the NRMCA Annual Convention.

The Fleet Graphics Award Program was established by the NRMCA Operations Environmental & Safety Committee to honor the best ready mixed concrete truck paint and decal schemes as well as individual company’s methods of promoting professionalism and positive public image. Awards are given in three categories by company fleet size:

  • Less than 25 trucks
  • 25 – 75 trucks
  • More than 75 trucks

Additionally, there is a specialty truck category for “one of a kind” paint scheme. Also, a special category for restored antique truck mixers. The Fleet Graphics Awards are presented on a three-year schedule corresponding with the CONEXPO-CON/AGG Show in Las Vegas. To be eligible, entrants must be members of NRMCA in good standing.

The winners of the 2007 were announced in March during NRMCA's Annual Convention in Las Vegas. The ninth NRMCA/Concrete Products Fleet Graphics Awards drew 32 entries in the contest's five categories. NRMCA thanks those who contributed and encourages you to do so again for the next contest in 2011. A write-up of the program will appear in the May edition of Concrete Products. Judges for the 2008 contest comprised 70 attendees of the 35th annual OEM Forum & Expo in Phoenix last October and three judges from outside the Association who cast ballots.
