Hi, my name is Kathleen Carr-Smith. I’m the managing director of membership and communications here at NRMCA. I’m also the association ombudsman. I’m here to help you with any questions you may have about your membership, the benefits of belonging and how you can take full advantage of everything NRMCA has to offer you as a member.
