NRMCA's Buildings Under Design ("BUD") Lead Program

> Return to the Concrete Parking Lot Strategic Plan Resource Page

> Return to the Concrete Parking Lot Strategic Plan 'Road Map" Page

NRMCA has introduced a lead referral program for local construction projects called Buildings Under Design (BUD), a web-based lead service that enables local promoters to obtain information on projects long before plans and specifications have been made public. The program was launched at the Professional Promoters Workshop in Skokie, IL in May. As part of the concrete industry's overall parking lot strategic promotion plan, BUD has a network of established and trusted sources from around the nation and selected foreign countries, and publishes information in a format that allows the user to track projects from conception to bidding.

With the ability to have project decision makers identified early, local promoters will be able to maximize the industry's efforts for pro-concrete choices. In addition to identifying concrete parking lot opportunities, BUD can also be used to search such other areas as site cast, both ICF and conventional, pervious concrete and flowable fill. NRMCA has also encouraged its state affiliates to participate by offering the BUD service for a nominal fee of $50 per year.

NRMCA members interested in subscribing to the service are eligible for a 15%, click for information: NRMCA Member "BUD" Discount Form (PDF)
