“What gets measured, gets done.” This Webinar will be specifically geared towards establishing safety metrics using leading and trailing indicators as a measure of performance. A trailing indicator will tell you where you have been. A leading indicator will tell you where you are going. By establishing metrics a company can help turn its safety program from reactive to proactive.
