The National Ready Mixed Concrete Association encourages all participants to contact their Members of Congress to schedule meetings during the Capitol Hill visits on Tuesday, September 23. The importance of scheduling meetings is to educate members of Congress and their staff  on critical issues that impact the ready mixed concrete industry.
