Dear Industry Colleague,

We hope you’ll join us in beautiful Austin, Texas, for the 2010 NRMCA Annual Convention. This year’s convention promises to offer all the fantastic programming and networking opportunities you’ve become accustomed to from past conventions. In addition, Austin is a wonderful and vibrant city – I recommend making time for some extracurricular activities while you’re in town.
 

There is no doubt that 2009 has been a challenging year and while the outlook for 2010 is looking up, we are still experiencing unprecedented economic changes within our industry. As we move forward, it is imperative that we position ourselves and our industry to capitalize on the enormous benefits concrete has to offer in sustainable construction. Toward that goal, you will hear plenty on this subject throughout the convention proceedings and I urge you to participate in these discussions.

We are a much stronger industry when we come together. Each one of us should commit to merge the collective talents of our respective companies and personnel with the skilled professionals at NRMCA. Doing so means we can leverage the power of great ideas.
 

The personnel at NRMCA have put together a great program of events which I’m confident you will enjoy. They have scheduled a great array of business speakers along with our customary business functions. The Developing Industry Leaders will once again present their industry research and the industry’s best will be recognized at the Awards Presentation.
